Join Our Team as an Early Years Office Administrative Worker
Are you passionate about organisation and eager to make a difference in an early years setting? We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Office Administrative Worker to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
· Administrative Support: Assist with daily office tasks to ensure smooth operations.
· Microsoft Office Expertise: Utilise Word, Excel, and Outlook for document preparation, data management, and communication.
· Payroll Management: Support the payroll process to ensure accurate and timely payments.
· Software Proficiency: Work with The Hive and Eccesoft platforms to manage records and administrative duties effectively.
· Customer invoicing and debtors control – Support the generating and issuing of monthly invoices to parents using our software package
· Don’t worry if you're not familiar with all the software comprehensive training will be provided.
What We’re Looking For:
· Strong organisational and multitasking skills
· Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Experience in payroll or willingness to learn
· Eagerness to learn and grow in a supportive environment
· Knowledge of The Hive and early years settings and funding would be an advantage
