We are looking to hear from suitably qualified and experienced people for the role of Graduate Early Years Lead Educator for our full day service.
We would like to hire flexible, enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who are quality driven and have a child centered approach. The graduate lead educator will take responsibility for ensuring high quality and best practice standards are maintained in service while ensuring that a fun, stimulating programme underpinned by the Aistear curriculum and in accordance with Síolta is being delivered.
The ideal candidate will have:
A minimum qualification of level 7 in Early Years and Education or equivalent.
A sound working knowledge of Síolta & Aistear
Knowledge of relevant legislation
An understanding and knowledge of the Early Childhood Quality and Regulatory Framework (QRF)
An inclusive approach to practice
An understanding of the First 5 – A Whole-of-Government Strategy for Babies, Young Children, and their Families 2019-2028  
A good knowledge and understanding of Child Protection
A good knowledge and understanding of workplace Health and Safety legislation

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
• Overtime

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Drogheda A92K2RP: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
