Cope Foundation is recruiting support workers for New Horizons, an individualised support service. The successful applicants will be required to work as part of a team to support people who live independently.
The following are essential requirements for the position:

• A QQI 5 Major award or equivalent
• A full driving licence and access to own vehicle
• Passionate about human rights and supporting people to live full and meaningful lives.
• Experience and/or knowledge of individualised support
• The ability to be creative and innovative
• To be a good observer and to have a natural curiosity
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A willingness to be flexible with working hours as this will be dictated by the individuals support requirements

The following is desirable:

• Experience in supporting people in individualised ways
