We are a quality based domiciliary care provider who has been providing care to people in their own homes throughout Northern Ireland since 1994.
We now require a motivated Care Manager to join our team. This role will be based in our office in North Dublin

Position Summary - Care Manager:
The successful candidate will lead and manage the overall provision of care in their area.
The candidate should have a passion, vision, dedication, and determination to continue building a winning service that places customers at the heart of everything we do.
Responsibilities

• Organise the acceptance of new packages
• Rota/allocate work to all care staff
• Build relationships in the area with Key Workers
• Deal with client queries promptly and record and report all actions
• Organize regular team meetings

Essential Requirements:

• Highly motivated manager who is able to work outside the 9-5 hours.
• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in scheduling a team of care staff to attend to clients within the community
• Willing to travel in Dublin
• Be proactive with excellent communication, negotiation, problem solving and decision making skills
