We run Lucky's and The Circular - two popular, vibrnat neighbourhood bars in Dublin 8.
We are looking for an assistant manager in The Circular to work alongside the management team in the day-to-day running of the bar, including:
The role includes

• Supporting the manager in the day to day operations of the bar including
• Cash management & reporting
• Stock control
• Rostering and staff
• Managing systems.
• Service and hospitality
• Event & Reservations management

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will:

• Have 2 years plus experience in a leadership or managerial role in a bar or restaurant.
• Lead by example and motivate their team with a hands-on approach.
• Be a natural problem solver, able to think strategically, with great attention to detail, and stay calm under pressure.
• Have a genuine love for hospitality and a desire to care for our guests, suppliers, and team alike.
• Implement systems to ensure consistent and improving standards across the board.

About The Circular
Opened in December 2019, we quickly became a go-to spot for locals and regulars guests alike, visiting us for their breakfast or lunch in the award-winning Daddy's Cafe, indulging in Coke Lane Pizza, or sharing pints with pals - sometimes, all three in one day!
The Circular has a lot going on. We have a bright and spacious main bar, a dark and cozy sidebar, two sunny outdoor areas, and much loved cafe and pizza operation, all under one roof. Our calendar is full of events, quizzes, DJs, and screenings.

Pay
We can offer a salary starting €34,000 (rising commensurate with experience) with an immediate start.
Candidates must be able to provide two current references from previous employers.

Pay: €34,000.00-€36,000.00 per year
