An exciting opportunity for an Assistant Bar Manager in a newly opened bar in The Point Village.
Salary: €36k - €38k DOE
About the Venue:
We’re a local neighbourhood bar nestled in the vibrant Point Village.
This charming and inviting venue is the ideal location for casual drinks, special occasions, or corporate gatherings … and we’re even dog friendly!
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead bar operations, ensuring exceptional service and our high standards are being maintained
• Bar inventory & monthly stock takes
• Staff training & scheduling
• Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health & safety regulations, and hygiene standards
• Work closely with senior management, including sales & events, to ensure events are being properly executed
• Drive customer satisfaction, creating a welcoming and memorable atmosphere from start to finish

What We're Looking For:

• Ideal candidate will be outgoing, have a keen attention to detail & well organised
• At least two years’ experience in a similar role with references to suit.
• Passion for the industry, with a competent knowledge of cocktails, wines, and premium spirits
• Excellent leadership & communication skills
• Excellent time keeping skills & ability to follow through on assigned tasks
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy bar efficiently
