AppDev Growth Manager, App Sales, Google Customer Solutions (Russian, English)
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in a mobile, apps and digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
2 years of experience in the App Marketing industry.
Ability to communicate in Russian and English fluently to support client
relationships in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in the gaming, mobile apps, or digital industry, with knowledge of the app developer ecosystem.
Experience managing digital marketing, advertising campaigns, and relationships with customers or agencies in the Apps market and Apps ecosystem.
Developed understanding of the app marketing and ecosystem.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to present comprehensive advertising solutions.
Solution selling skills, including ability to understand the goals, identify the opportunities, and provide customized solutions to help clients achieve success.

The Mobile App Sales team has global reach. As an App Dev Growth Manager, you will engage deeply with sophisticated mobile-first businesses, exceed growth goals, and drive change to accelerate Google’s position in the fast-growing and strategic business of app install.
In this role, you will be part of a team dedicated to helping mobile application developers grow their business using Google products and services. You will take ownership of App install business in your assigned market from setting strategy and driving execution to reach the market growth goals. You'll work dynamically with both new and existing customers to help grow their business by providing solutions and insights to drive app discovery and engagement.

Responsibilities
Build and manage relationships with clients and develop an understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
Work proactively and cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a high standard.
Plan for, and achieve, business growth targets, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
Build an in-depth knowledge of how Google Advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
Provide outstanding service to clients and design app marketing solutions for clients to drive long-term success.
