Initiate discussions and planning of sales marketing strategies to achieve the overall eco Bali target.
Responsible for achieving the Bali area sales marketing team target.
Direct, manage, negotiate, and ensure that the sales marketing team strategy (including customer service) runs according to plan.
Manage marketing budget, expenses and revenue.
Develop strategies to get new potential customers and potential business opportunities.
Maintain good communication with clients and sponsors including providing solutions to every problem submitted by clients.
Prepare and submit periodic reports to users and management regarding ongoing developments.
Become a representative in events invited by partners or important stakeholders as the person in charge.
Minimum Bachelor's Degree of Communication Science, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
Have experience as a Sales/Account Executive at least 2 years.
Have experience in Environmental Service Industry is a plus.
Keen to waste management issues.
Target oriented.
Strong analytical and negotiating skills.
Good communication and leadership skills.
