Education:
- Receipt and Accounting of Inventory: Inspect incoming materials for quality and quantity according to the accompanying documents.
- Storage Organization: Arrange materials in the warehouse, considering storage conditions and material specifications.
- Material Issuance: Ensure accurate and timely issuance of materials as requested by staff.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular inventories to verify the actual availability of materials against the records.
- Record-Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of material movements using warehouse management software.
- Stock Monitoring: Track material stocks in the warehouse and promptly notify when supplies need replenishing.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain order in the warehouse and adhere to safety regulations when handling materials.
- At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of warehouse processes and inventory accounting.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and office programs (1C, Excel, etc.).
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting and moving construction materials).
- English & Russian speaking
- Official employment in accordance with Indonesian labor laws.
