- To carry out the goals and mission of our business management
- Communicative - Response to queries from our team and guest promptly
- Have deep knowledge of villas that 5 Star represents in the Heliconia complex
- Maintains a clean and neat appearance at all times
- Willing to undertake any reasonable request made by company
- To be responsible to maintain cleanliness and oversee all operations at Villa Nulu
- To maintain a safe environment for all guests
- Ensure maintenance is up to date at all times
- Inspect all properties after being cleaned to ensure quality standards are met before check in
- Report immediately to 5 star bali villa should there is issue at the villa that can’t be resolved
- Ensure personal & professional grooming compliance
- Be present at the villa during check in and check out time
