ABOUT THE ROLE: This role responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of assigned villas. You'll lead and coordinate a team, manage relationships with property owners and vendors, and ensure that every aspect of the property meets the highest standards of quality and service. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Overseeing the daily operations of the villas (oversee, maintain, and inspect the property), ensuring all guest experiences meet the highest standards of luxury, comfort, and satisfaction
Lead and supervise a team of Housekeepers, Maintenance staff, Gardeners, and Pool Maintenance personnel (training, scheduling, performance monitoring), ensuring they are performing their duties to deliver exceptional guest service
Efficiently coordinate daily operations with the Maintenance Team and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Oversee utility management, bill payments, and purchases
Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with guests, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their stay
Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency
Reviewing and analyzing guest feedback to continuously improve guest satisfaction.
Handle and control petty cash for staff.
Maintain and enhance team collaboration.
Ensure attention to detail in maintaining and improving the property.
Foster strong relationships with vendors/suppliers, property owners, and marketing agencies.
Implement creative problem-solving and alternative thinking to resolve issues.
Educational Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Villa Manager or Property Manager with at least 2 years in a similar role.
Experience in the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of property maintenance.
Proficiency in English; multilingualism is an asset.
Strong leadership skills.
Highly responsible and reliable.
