About The team
Warehouse Manager, housed within the Fulfillment team, is one of the main operational teams within the TTS x Tokopedia business, managing the end-to-end warehousing aspect and services.

Job Responsibilities:
This role manages end-to-end operations within a single warehouse (Osowilangun), encompassed within the Fulfillment department of TTS x Tokopedia business.

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations (Inbound, Inventory, and Outbound)
• Conduct and generate warehouse strategic planning
• Plan, maintain, and monitor operations cost control, including operational and manpower costs
• Develop & maintain daily operational plan, and ensure compliance to policy, SLA, and KPIs are upheld

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in the warehousing industry
• Minimum 2 years as warehouse manager, preferably in e-commerce
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of the overall warehouse processes & flow
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Power point)
• Work location in Osowilangun Warehouse, Surabaya
