Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with the company’s business goals.
Identify and source potential candidates through a variety of channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct phone and in-person interviews.
Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and qualifications.
Make hiring recommendations to the Director of Human Resources.
Onboard new employees and provide them with orientation and training.
Maintain records of the talent acquisition process and track metrics such as time to hire and cost per hire.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates.
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in talent acquisition.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
