Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a welcoming and knowledgeable manner.
Offer a welcome drink to customers upon their arrival, enhancing their experience with a personal touch.
Educate customers on John Hardy's brand story, craftsmanship, and the unique qualities of our jewelry collections.
Operational Excellence
Stand by at the front post to assist the sales team in welcoming and directing customers as they enter the boutique.
Assist in handling appointments received via email, ensuring appointments are scheduled and communicated effectively.
Ensure the boutique is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness.
Team Collaboration
Support the sales support team by assisting with administrative tasks related to the driver's post, ensuring smooth operations.
Communicate effectively with Boutique Manager regarding customer feedback, operational issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualification:
Minimal High School/Vocational School
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers and build relationships
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and a keen eye for detail
Fluency in English
Willing to be placed in _ Mambal Benefit:
40hrs working day (a week)
