Job Objectives:
To serve food and beverage needs for customers in a professional manner in John Hardy concept
Duties:
Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a welcoming and knowledgeable manner.
- Offer a welcome drink to customers upon their arrival, enhancing their experience with a personal touch.
- Educate customers on John Hardy's brand story, craftsmanship, and the unique qualities of our jewelry collections.
- Stand by at the front post to assist the sales team in welcoming and directing customers as they enter the boutique.
- Assist in handling appointments received via email, ensuring appointments are scheduled and communicated effectively.
- Ensure the boutique is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Support the sales support team by assisting with administrative tasks related to the driver's post, ensuring smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with Boutique Manager regarding customer feedback, operational issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualification:
- Minimal High School/Vocational School
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers and build relationships
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and a keen eye for detail
- Fluency in English
