Security Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Security Consultant to assess and improve the security posture of our organization and clients. The Security Consultant will be responsible for identifying vulnerabilities, recommending solutions, and implementing security strategies that protect systems, data, and infrastructure. This role requires expertise in risk assessment, threat management, and the latest security technologies.

The Security Consultant will be responsible for identifying vulnerabilities, recommending solutions, and implementing security strategies that protect systems, data, and infrastructure. This role requires expertise in risk assessment, threat management, and the latest security technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive security assessments for internal and client systems.
- Identify vulnerabilities and provide risk analysis reports.
- Develop, implement, and monitor security policies, protocols, and procedures.
- Advise on the best security practices and technologies for protecting company assets including networks, data, and software.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement security architecture.
- Perform penetration testing and vulnerability scanning.
- Provide guidance on incident response and recovery strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest security trends and threats.
- Provide training and support to staff on security awareness and best practices.
- Create and update documentation related to security policies, processes, and configurations.
- Bachelor’s degree in any major (or equivalent work experience).
- Professional certifications of Security Management Level (Gada Utama).
- 5+ years of experience in the Security Industry, risk management, or security consulting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Willing to go on business trips to client locations or branch offices.
- Experience with security in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with network protocols, penetration testing tools, and ethical hacking methodologies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
