Sales Executive
Job Desctiption:
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Identify and find potential customer
- Build rapport with new customers and establish good long term relationships with ongoing customers
- Perform competitor and market research to identify improvement and sales strategy fit for the company
- Manage complex negotiations with targeted customers
- Monitor customer payments
- Achieving GMV and OT on their placement area
Qualification:
- Minimum D3 in any major
- Have a minimum of 2-3 year experience as Key Account Management, Retail Industry, or Sales and Marketing
- Experience in B2B Institution / Horeca
- Having knowledge of sales for Consumer Good Industry
- Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
- Have a strong product knowledge skill
- Fast learner and great adaptation skill
- Great negotiation skills, creative thinking, and discipline
