- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Ability to identify suitable candidates, through database searches, internet and media job postings
- Update process in Applicant Tracking System
- Create, build, maintain and develop a potential recruitment network to become an effective and efficient sourcing
- Ensuring the recruitment process is met according to the SLA
- Bachelors degree in Management, Psychology
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
- Effective communication skills
- Strong in sourcing candidates, approach candidates, manage the recruitment process, and maintain relation with user
