Responsibilities
Candidate must be able to do the following:
Candidate must be able to do the following:
- assist with check in/out guests
- respond to guests's request and handle issues/complains on site
- handle simple petty cash
- promptly respond to enquiry by phone/messages/email in a clear and professional manner
- to be worked under pressure as individual or in team
- fluent in english both verbally or in writing
- familiar with OTA and Channel managers
- Microsoft Excel
- minimum 2 years experience as receptionist in a hotel
- bachelor degree
- neat and friendly appearance
- Familiar with Lombok, especially touristic areas
- simple mathematics and finance
- Flexible in working hours
