Project Manager
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Responsible for Project Planning, Execution & Implementation, including managing Project Deliverables - tracking, monitoring, forecasting, reporting & project hand-over
- Coordinating the Project Requirements with Engineering, Procurement, QC & Production Depts and provide direction and support to project team
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders, and present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
- Ensure safety standards are met
- Liaise with, communicate and manage the Customer expectation during project implementation
- Manage project changes, variation orders and interventions to achieve project outputs
- Familiar with Marine & Offshore Class Rules & International Construction Code
- Experience in project planning software is a plus.
- Bachelor/Diploma with minimum 5 years’ experience Oil & Gas / Marine / Modular construction.
- At least 5 years of project management experience in Oil & Gas / Module Industry.
- Good people skills and able to work with people of all background and levels
- Ability to manage time and schedules to meet project requirements
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to understand drawings
- Strong communication skills for contractor and customer management
- Ability to use MS Word and MS Excel
- Experience in project planning software is a plus
- Willing to be based overseas in Batam if project requires
