Kuehne + Nagel Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Benete, Nusa Tenggara Barat, Indonesia. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and delivering complex logistics projects, ensuring that they are completed successfully within scope, time, and budget constraints. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of project management experience, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.

Your Role

Your primary objective will be to manage operations with a focus on maintaining + increasing relationships with current/new key customer accounts, to ensure to high customer satisfaction, high productivity + maximum profitability via addressing inquires, providing updates + managing expectations. You will need to liaise with internal + external stakeholders while aligning the interests of each with our key objectives.

Your Responsibilities

• To lead + manage the implementation of new accounts, clients + projects.
• To develop + execute comprehensive project plans inclusive of tasks, timelines + resource requirements while also working with relevant teams to resolve issues + deviations from said project plans.
• To identify potential risks + challenges associated with the project, implementing proactive mitigation measures, including conducting regular audits + performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• To monitor project budgets + expenditure, ensuring cost-effectiveness while adhering to financial constraints.
• To collaborate with finance teams to provide accurate cost estimations + financial reports.
• To ensure all documentation, including shipping, customs, + regulatory requirements, are accurate + compliant with relevant standards.
• To implement + maintain quality standards to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
• To ensure that working practices meet QSHE standards.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on logistics.
• Willing to be based at site
• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent stakeholder management skill.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain processes and systems.
• Fluent with English both written and verbal
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
