Project Document Control
Jobdesc:
- Supervising the project document control process.
- Receiving document submissions from contractors and registering them in the Document Control Register.
- Distributing documents to reviewers according to their discipline.
- Reminding reviewers to expedite approval.
- Creating document status reports for the Project Manager.
- Ensuring all documents are communicated and distributed to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensuring all documents are well-recorded, protected from damage, and easily traceable, both in hard copy and soft copy.
- Supervising the project handover process.
- Minimum Diploma 3 / Bachelor's Degree (51) in engineering.
- Has 2 years of experience in construction projects for Industrial Buildings (cosmetics/pharmaceutical factories) Proficient in Project Document Management
- Able to read drawings (a plus), and familiar with Auto CAD.
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya.
