Sales Functions
• Responsible territory is Indonesia & Export Countries included Pakistan, Philippines, Myanmar, Laos, and Cambodia • Achieve Process Solutions financial goals and implement Process Solutions Strategy into responsible territory
- Establish strong customer relationships and support the team on protecting and growing Process Solutions Sales
- Directly in charge of identified accounts in Indonesia and working with the regional supporting team to get the alignment of each task/action
- Generating and maintaining a territory plan & customer mapping
- Accurate and on-time sales & forecast reporting and participation in technical training as required
- Building territory knowledge and understanding of pharmaceutical market trends
- Control operational and promotional spending and expenses, and ensure the accuracy and transparency of payment
Reporting
- Managing direct reports for Nationwide commercial updates
- Establish strong customer relationship
- Providing regular market intelligence on competition activity and providing input to superiors for the development of annual budget and sales forecasts
- Keeps records and reports on all activities, prepare reports of sales forecast, order intake forecast, customer visits, business transactions, and submit to superior on a monthly/quarterly basis
- Coordinate with customer service and support functions team to provide updated information about related customers and dealers to keep accounts
- Monitor and review sales achievement weekly. Create reports and analyze periodic sales trends, reporting them to the management
- Accurate and timely submission of report
Team and Self-development
- To develop the self-development plan as well as those for the team in alignment with Process Solutions APAC People strategy
- Managing and coaching the sales force's performance
- Support on improving the team to keep focus on the adopting of the business objectives
