Hi connection! We are currently looking for IT Technical Sales Support, who has working experience as Presales in the IT Industry. Job description :
Assist the sales team in developing and delivering compelling sales pitches and presentations.
Address technical questions and concerns from clients throughout the sales cycle.
Support the negotiation process by providing technical expertise and clarifying product capabilities.
Determine technical solution to meet clients requirement.
Act as liaison between sales team and engineering team.
Manage and execute POCs, pilots, and trials to demonstrate the value and functionality of our solutions in the client's environment.
Provide technical support and guidance during the evaluation phase to ensure successful outcomes.
Presenting solutions and conduct assesment.
Collecting customer requirements and identifying potential problems that may arise with the product or services.
Preparing technical proposals.
Creating detailed of project plans, timeline, estimated expenses, project specification such as materials needed and engineer requirements.

Deskripsi Persyaratan
Here is the qulifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related.
Proven experience in a pre-sales, technical sales, or solutions consulting role minimum 2-4 year.
Strong technical background with knowledge of relevant technologies and industry
standards.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling value propositions.
Experience with POCs, pilots, and technical evaluations.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and support sales activities.
