Description:
This task will be to construct the Data warehouse in SQL Server
Services that are Required
Tasks:
- Define Data Source
- Prepare ETL metadata mapping process
- Process ETL to load testing data
- Conduct Data Cleansing
- Conduct Data Integrity checking
- Conduct ETL Performance Tuning
Outcomes:
Data Warehouse and Data Mart
Acceptance Criteria:
Data Warehouse contain all of required elements, test data loads and ETL process run successfully.
2. Dashboard and reporting
Deliverable:
Dashboard and Reporting that meets the functional specifications
Description:
This task will be to construct the Dashboard and Reporting in platform : SQL Server, SFDC, SAP, Power BI, Excel, Share Point
Services that are Required
Tasks:
- Define Reporting Data Source
- Develop Dashboard and Reports based on Business Requirements
- Conduct Performance Tuning on Reporting Rendering Process
Outcomes:
SSRS report, Oracle BI Report and Dashboard, Share Point Dashboard, Excel Dashboard
Acceptance Criteria:
Dashboard and Reports contain all of required elements of Business Information and KPIs based on Business Requirements and correct search criteria.

Application and Technical Training (Knowledge transfer)
Deliverable:
Application and Technical Training Plan and associated training.
Description:
Specific areas where the supllier training for the Department project staff must be addressed include but are not limited to:
Technical
Technical
- Application operation
- System administration and application functionality
- System configuration
- Security Administration
- Trouble Shooting
- All features of the system tool set, i.e., security access, permit development/printing, reporting and query, revenue collection, distribution and reconciliation.
Services that are Required
Tasks:
- Develop Application and Technical Training Plan
- Provide Application and Technical Training including Knowledge Transfer
Outcomes:
Department staff has received the required System technical and functional training.
Acceptance Criteria:
Meet general acceptance criteria for documentation. Department staff received training per plan.

Implementation and Deployment
Deliverable:
Dashboard and Reporting system Implementation Plan and cutover.
Description:
Development of an Implementation Plan generally will begin during design and be refined during development. The tasks in the Implementation Plan will be performed during the Implementation/Deployment stage. The Implementation Plan identifies all the activities which must be accomplished for a successful implementation. The final step in implementation is to officially accept and cutover to the new system functionality.

Tasks:
- Develop Dashboard and Reporting system Implementation Plan
- Provide general support and advice.
- Assist users with any technical system understanding.
Outcomes:
Operational Dashboard and Reporting System.
Acceptance Criteria:
Meet quality checked and customer satisfaction.
7 Report
Deliverable:
A report that includes an executive summary, a one-page letter summarizing report, any unresolved issues, and lessons learned.
Description:
For this task, the supplier will submit a Report which provides a high-level description of work performed, improvement process(s) identified, and other deliverable outcomes. This will involve brainstorming sessions with Department staff to determine the best way to organize this report. The supplier shall work with the Department to develop a list of next steps that must be accomplished in order to implement the recommended process improvements.

Tasks:
- Develop Report
Outcomes:
Report that includes lessons learned.
Acceptance Criteria:
Meet general acceptance criteria for report.
Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
- Minium 3 plus year of work experience in above process
- Need to speak Bahasa Indonesia & English Languages (Mandatory)
- Local Indonesian candidate required
- Data Warehouse Database
- ETL Process, ETL testing, ETL SQL, ETL tools
- System administration and application functionality, System configuration, Security Administration, Trouble Shooting & Training Management system
- All features of the system tool set, i.e., security access, permit development/printing, reporting and query, revenue collection, distribution and reconciliation.
