OPERATOR PRODUKSI (SMK KIMIA)
Requirements:
Panjang kontrak: 12 bulan
- Educational background minimal SMA/SMK
- Experienced in Beverages Manufacturing 1-2 years handle WTP/WWTP
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of utility systems, including water treatment, power generation, HVAC, and related equipment.
- Proficiency in operating various utility system control panels, software, and monitoring tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify issues and implement appropriate solutions.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to utility system operations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation and records.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external service providers.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in challenging conditions, including exposure to high temperatures, confined spaces, and heights.
- Operate Utility equipment in shift (Compressor, Boiler, Chiller, Cooling Tower, WTP/WWTP, Electricity)
- Together with Shift Leader ensure the Utility supply quality in shift
- Troubleshoot the Utility equipment problem in shift
- Implement the predictive, preventive, corrective maintenance for Utility Equipment in shift
Panjang kontrak: 12 bulan
