- Pendidikan minimal Profesi Ners
- Memiliki STR aktif
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja dibidang yang sama minimal 1 tahun, fresh graduate dipersilahkan melamar
- Memiliki tanggung jawab, komunkasi yang baik dan patient oriented
