- Proven experience as a motorcycle mechanic or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of motorcycle systems, components, and functions.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Technical knowledge of engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and other mechanical components.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with people and explain technical information clearly.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and maneuvering motorcycles.
- High school diploma or equivalent; formal training or certification in motorcycle mechanics is a plus.
