Job Description: As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by promoting and selling our Healthcare Management System (SIM-RS) to hospitals and clinics. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential customers, developing and executing effective sales strategies, and building strong, long-lasting relationships with healthcare institutions. You will work closely with other teams to ensure that our solutions meet client needs, while continuously seeking new ways to expand our market reach. This role requires not only product knowledge but also a proactive and strategic approach to achieving business objectives. Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical industry.
Strong understanding of healthcare technology products, particularly Hospital Management Systems (SIM-RS).
Hunter mindset, with a proactive approach to generating leads and securing new clients.
Target-oriented, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
