Our client a leading retail sales of gadget accessories company in Eastern Indonesia (Makassar) Looking for Logistics Manager. Responsibilities:
Create policies and procedures for all logistics activities that can support the creation of efficient operational processes and satisfy internal and external customers
Design and implement strategies and technology related to logistics activities to support company competitiveness
Ensure that goods and information flow activities are in accordance with established procedures
Ensure the process of checking the quality of incoming goods from suppliers runs according to procedures and goods are distributed to stores and customers in the right quantity and quality
Ensure inventory accuracy processes are in accordance with procedures and targets
Provide clear goods receipt reports to departments that require them
Make an analysis of handling non-conformity problems both for customer complaints and internal complaints and be able to determine the right solution
Train and develop the entire logistics team regarding their respective roles and responsibilities and improve the team's ability to achieve the specified performance
Design performance targets for the logistics department both organizationally and individually and be able to measure the results
Ensure that all reports, process documents, training and records of safety issues are implemented and documented according to procedures
Ensure routine checking of work operational and safety procedures in all areas of the logistics department
Participate in operational management processes, such as selection, qualification, and performance evaluation
