1. Understanding Warehouse Management System and Inventory (SAP)

2. Ensure stock is in accordance with stock cards and inventory stock data (SAP)

3. Monitor dispatch of purchased goods to the designated warehouse and liaise with warehouse counterpart to validate receipt of goods

4. Have to understand the consumable and chemicals usage as well as challenge any anomalize that differ from the agreed usage

5. Process loading and unloading all goods and materials received and taken from the warehouse

6. Create report (daily, weekly, and annualy)

7. Make plan for report regular stock take (daily, monthly and annualy)

8. Ensure all work area warehouse is clean and tidy

9. Ensure that all releases of goods from the warehouse have been approve by BOD

10. Coordinate well with Purchasing team to develop targets for receiving goods in preparing the area and ensuring that the goods ordered are in acordance with the request and PO's sent

11. Other duties

1. Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in Industry Engineering, Engineering, Management or related field

2. Having Minimal 6 Years in Steel & Mining Contractor and Min 3 Years in Mining Company

3. Good in English written or verbal

4. Strong knowledge in Ms Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and SAP software

5. Strong knowledge in Warehouse Management System

6. Must be well organized, pay close attention to detail, high integrity, honest hardworking and strong implement SOP

7. Ability to work independently and in team in warehouse and purchasing

8. Must be a quick learned and demonstrate ability to work with minimal supervision

9. Willing to work with Roster and Shift (Morning & Night)

10. Willing to be place in Site Ciemas, Sukabumi, West Java
