Main purpose of the job
Main purpose of the job
- Plans, organizing, directs and controls the factory operations in the Plant that budgeted production objective in relation to volume, cost, quality and schedule are achieved.
- Minimum Diploma, Degree holder in Mechanical/Electrical/Manufacturing Engineering.
- Manage people, very good integration skills in terms of different cultures and qualifications.
- Sound technical and technological skills, coupled with the ability to improvise.
- Have a sound HSE & Lean manufacturing mindset.
- Ability to identify problems and plan remedial actions i.e. troubleshoot both technical and
- Ability to communicate with all levels of the workforce while attempting to gain their support towards
- Ability to make decisions that require sound judgment and foresight into possible consequences.
- Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills.
