Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities
Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development programs across various formats.
Manage the learning content creation process, including sourcing external vendors or developing in-house materials
Deliver training programs to employees at all levels
Facilitate workshops and coaching sessions
Develop and implement strategies to promote a culture of learning within the organization
Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and measure the impact on employee performance and business goals
Stay up-to-date on the latest learning and development trends and technologies
Manage the learning and development budget
Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS)
May supervise or collaborate with instructional designers, trainers, and other L&D professionals
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Minimum of 1 year of experience in learning and development or a related field, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
Familiar with learning management systems (LMS)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across the organization
