Requirements:
MUST HAVE work experience in talent acquisition for IT industry

Familiarity with social media, CV databases, and professional networks

Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.

A creative mindset when it comes to employer branding.

Great communication skills and a team player attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or similar degree

1-2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in an IT company

Certification obtained from the HR Certification Institute would be advantageous
