As a KOL & Communication Manager at He La Chain Layer 1, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our project's marketing efforts. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including onboarding Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), assisting in PR release, content creation, event participation, and event organization support. Your creative thinking, excellent communication skills, and marketing expertise will contribute to our project's growth and success.

Job Description:
As a KOL & Communication Manager at He La Chain Layer 1, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our project's marketing efforts. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including onboarding Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), assisting in PR release, content creation, event participation, and event organization support. Your creative thinking, excellent communication skills, and marketing expertise will contribute to our project's growth and success.
What You Will Do At He La Labs?
KOL Onboarding:
- Identify and reach out to industry influencers and KOLs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs to promote our project.
- Collaborate with KOLs to create engaging content and endorsements.
- Track the performance of KOLs.
- Assist in the planning and execution of PR campaigns.
- Draft press releases, articles, and other PR materials.
- Coordinate media interviews and handle PR inquiries.
- Develop creative and informative content for various platforms (e.g., social media, blogs, newsletters).
- Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and presentations with design teams.
- Ensure content aligns with the project's goals and messaging.
- Represent the project at industry events, conferences, and meetups.
- Network with peers, potential partners, and stakeholders.
- Deliver engaging presentations and demos at events.
- Collaborate with the events team to plan and execute marketing strategies for project-related events.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating project-related events.
- Ensure marketing materials and promotional items are available and well-prepared.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in marketing, PR, or related roles within the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong creative and content creation skills.
- Ability to network effectively and build relationships with industry influencers.
- Proficiency in social media management and marketing tools.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to travel for events and conferences when necessary
