Junior Branch Manager
Requirements :
Pengalaman:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Min. 3 years experience as Branch Manager, Head of Depo, Area Sales Manager or Regional Sales Manager
- Having Experience in FMCG Industry is point plus
- Strong in building relationships with customers; corporate or government sectors
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Fluency in English, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Placement in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Responsible and manage the sales pipeline, including tracking leads and opportunities, managing quotes and proposals, and reporting on sales performance
- Build strong relationship with clients
- Responsible and manage all activities sales and operation at Branch
