- Product development
- Industrialization process
- Product cost saving development
- Maintaining Laboratory Equipment
- SLOB Reduction Program
- Support Sales, Technology Development and SCM in delivering customer solution
- Conduct research and development programs align with the product and technology strategies
- Providing technical advice and support project development with ink application
- Follow up feedback/update on new introduced product/development
- Ensure Ink Portal implementation
- Support technical trial, trouble shooting, and discussion with customer
- Ensure all formulation are comply with end user regulation
- Follow HSE, 5S and Quality Police
- A Bachelor in Chemistry or Chemical engineering
- Fresh graduate or someone who start to work in chemical industry/ coating, paint, or ink industry with R&D background working experience 1-2 years.
- Basic chemical knowledge especially polymer, basic ink knowledge
- Communication and Presentation skill
- English conversation skill
- Able to use MS. Office
- Preferable has Color Matching Skill and SAP knowledge
- Good attitude
