Insurance Advisor - HSBC (Makassar)
- Coordinateand maintain good relationships with Branch Manager or Relation Manager of thebanks allocated in order to support performance and Bancassurance growth.
- Prepareproduction report in daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Coordinatewith Claims Team for claims settlements.
- Perform Customer Centricity by attentiveness, reliability and availability to customer,in line with current AXA pillar.
- Perform compliance by ensure that regulatoryrequirements are meet policy and procedures
Your Profile
- Completionof min Diploma III or bachelor degree above from any discipline.
- Minimum2+ years’ experience at current position in insurance company
- Excellencecommunication skills and group facilitation skills, and having ability to writeand deliver training courses and material.
- Goodanalytical and problem solving skills, Creative, Innovative, and Customer Service Excellence.
- Goodteam leadership and time management.
- Appliesgood knowledge of general insurance product (retail and commercial business).
- Highlevel of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency andresults-orientation.
- Appliesgood knowledge in marketing media/technologies.
- Goodcommand in English.
