- Carry out maintenance and project activities for electrical and instrumentation properly, and handle ambient noise, B3, solid, and liquid waste in accordance with SOP, superior guidance, and standards/directions from the SHE team.
- Play an active role and inform superiors, GA, and managers if there are equipment, tools, licenses, and calibrations that are about to expire, both for the equipment and themselves.
- Carry out repairs, additional equipment, modifications, and preventive and predictive maintenance. Perform repairs and modifications according to the fixed plans, and report any changes to the implementation of planning related to planning changes requested by the production team due to urgent or emergency conditions.
- Control the use of spare parts and report any use/replacement.
- Clean work tools after use, record the work tools that have been used, and maintain the condition of work tools.
- Continue/replace the work of other colleagues who are absent in accordance with superiors’ instructions and applicable overtime/compensation procedures.
- Provide a report to superiors (direct communication) if there is a problem that cannot be resolved within a certain time limit for the shift in accordance with applicable procedures.
- Control work health and safety principles in shifts.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the work area after making modifications and repairs to process machines according to target.
- Achieve targets according to quality objectives.
- High School Diploma (SMA/STM), preferably with a major in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in Instrument work within a palm oil processing factory and its derivatives (such as Refinery, Fractionation, Biodiesel, Refined Glycerin, etc.).
- Willingness to work overtime and in shifts.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong leadership abilities.
- A strong team spirit and the ability to work well with others.
- High level of integrity and a strong work ethic.
- Demonstrates discipline in all tasks.
- Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
- Good understanding of processes to provide appropriate troubleshooting for operational problems.
