Indonesia Tax Analyst
Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Tax Invoices
Ensuring E-Faktur Tax invoices are produced on a timely basis Providing quality checks on the tax invoices generated to ensure that it meets the tax and compliance requirements. Reviewing, updating, and balancing invoice and credit notes from the system. Sending of commercial and tax invoices, credit notes to partner teams within the organization. Management of records of commercial invoices, credit notes and tax invoices Timely and accurate generation of our Commercial invoice to Indonesia Tax Invoice using E-Faktur System Maintenance of master list for all Indonesia Tax invoice we've issued, summary of WAPU
Invoice Dispatch
Maintaining of customer list and processing required data for invoice delivery. Maintaining the records of all invoices sent and balancing it to the master list. Sending out hard copies of Invoices to clients
Withholding Tax
Oversees the overall Withholding tax process for Indonesia team. Ensures that all withholding tax certificate and VAT payment are collected and recorded. Drive the WHT project within Indonesia and hold customers accountable for providing certificates on time. Maintain the WHT Application record for tax reporting and reconciliation. Reduction of WHT balance by at least or minimum of 50% by the end of the year Produce tax report for billing and AR on monthly basis to KPMG and Controllership team to review and complete tax filing requirements, This covers the Withholding tax Report Monthly and Monthly VAT Report. Partnership and collaboration with Sales, OMS to resolve any Indonesia Tax related issues. Reviewing all the WHT certificates and VAT payment proofs Proactively advising team if there's any tax issue Coordinates the outstanding WHT AR of Credit Controllers and ensure that follow ups are done Supervising the WHT balances on a frequent basis for reporting
Documents for General Tax (DGT)
Responsible for the overall process Prepares Indonesia DGT form based on the approved template Securing the DGT forms from the appropriate team
