Our organization, headquartered in Singapore, is invested in building a real-time payment and transfer network which will be accessible via the Open API platform. The platform enables consumers, banks, merchants, and merchant aggregators to avail a new low cost, user-friendly, and secure payment mechanism, realizing P2P and P2M payments, B2B collections and fund transfers, access to credit and other value added services. Ecommerce businesses can create customer centric applications by using our Open APIs, available not only for payments and transfers but also for accessing meaningful customer insights developed by our intelligent algorithms sifting through ever increasing transactional data. Our own mobile apps for merchants and customers are testimonies to the potential of our platform.

The platform architecture is constantly evolving to keep up with our fastest growing payment network capable of handling billions of transactions per day, helping us achieve our goal of connecting everybody everywhere with basic financial services. We are currently focusing on launching our services in Indonesia in early 2021, but would eventually be expanding in other Asian countries, including Singapore and India.

Requirements:
5+ years of demonstrated experience in product/project management within the product management, growth, marketing, or related roles.

Experience owning end-to-end product development, through concept, to launch.

Understanding of market and customer research, designing the product architecture, Roadmap and payment domain knowledge in a start-up company.

Proven experience managing marketing campaigns, partnerships, or growth initiatives.

Must be comfortable working in an early stage to growth stage company and should be able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Have a proven track record of success in previous roles and have worked in a similar setting, such as a Pre-series A-B company will be a plus.

A leader who takes fun in taking risks and understands that taking calculated risks is necessary for growth.

Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.

Passionate about building great products and solving customer and business problems.

Understanding of technology, but love customer-first and business-first thinking.

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute growth-oriented marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement.

Transaction Optimization: Analyze transaction data and user behavior to identify opportunities for optimization, conversion rate improvement, and revenue growth.

Partnership Management: Identify, establish, and manage partnerships with external organizations, vendors, or platforms to expand our reach and drive mutually beneficial outcomes.

Project and Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end project and campaign execution, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve growth initiatives.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform growth strategies.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, design, and engineering teams to ensure the successful implementation of growth initiatives.
