Manage employee documentation, including employment contracts, agreements, and other important records.
Update and maintain employee data in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
Handle administration of attendance, leave, and etc.
Provide additional administrative support as needed, including filing and record-keeping.
Prepare HR and administrative reports, including attendance data, absenteeism, and employee statistics.
Ensure that all documentation and records are maintained accurately and in accordance with company policies.
Ensure that all administrative processes comply with labor laws and company regulations.
Manage and update compliance documentation and procedures related to HRGA.
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role within HR or general administration.
Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience with administrative software and HRIS is a plus.
Effective multitasking and time management abilities.
Basic understanding of HR practices and labor regulations is an advantage.
