Responsibilities:
- End to end recruitment process.
- Oversee employee relations, addressing issues and ensuring a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee records and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Conduct performance appraisals and support professional development.
- Assist in payroll management and benefits administration.
- Manage HR administration tasks including employee data management, compliance reporting, and documentation.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and organizational excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience as an HR professional in the education sector is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Preference for candidates who reside in or are willing to relocate to the Tangerang Selatan area.
