End to end recruitment process.
Oversee employee relations, addressing issues and ensuring a positive work environment.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee records and ensure compliance with regulations.
Conduct performance appraisals and support professional development.
Assist in payroll management and benefits administration.
Manage HR administration tasks including employee data management, compliance reporting, and documentation.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and organizational excellence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
Experience as an HR professional in the education sector is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preference for candidates who reside in or are willing to relocate to the Tangerang Selatan area.
