Based on that, we are aiming to hie the HR& Admin manager as head of the HR& Admin Indonesia to assist the new business and align with all the culture, policies, process and operations headquarter China. Responsibilities: Develops and implements organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources and administrative issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives. Implements human resources and admin strategies by establishing the new department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, employee relations and retention, compliance, and labor relations. Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variance aligning monetary resources; Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications. Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values. Ensure compliance of China and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions. Experience: 10+ years of full function experience in HRM at Senior level, especially at talent acquisition, staffing, C&B, training and administration.
