- Provide information about our drink menu and services.
- Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction throughout the ride.
- Collaborate with the team to create a festive atmosphere.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries with professionalism.
- Experience in customer service (experience in the hospitality industry is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work well in a team and handle situations calmly.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
