As an Gx P Training Administration you are tasked to assist in implementation of Gx P Training administration and Certification, and responsible for administration/utilization of Learning Management System at Batam. In this role, a typical day will include:
Responsibilities:
- Manage the completion of Gx P Training Plan as defined for the site.
- Ensure monitoring of timely training completion for management and operational associates.
- Administration for the global learning management system for site to provide a consistent platform for management of training activities.
- Ensure certification and training readiness for new operations and product transfer.
- Working with respective function to manage Gx P Training Certification program.
What Can You Bring to Alcon:
- Associate degree or higher in a technical or scientific discipline or equivalent
- Need to at least understand Gx P
- Minimum 1 year experience, preferred in Pharmaceutical/Medical Device Industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to all levels of the organization
- Experience in leading a project would be added advantage
