Graphic Designer (Facebook Ads)
We run a design agency for Facebook & Tik Tok Ads and am looking to expand our team with new video editors.
Your job would be to work through all the "jobs" on the task manager, create performance static ads, design variants, make the ads look beautiful, and export it and upload it to Frame.io for feedback from the client.
In this role, you'll be instrumental in delivering graphic designs with an expertise in ad creative design and social content specifically: static ads, GIFs, infographics and carousels.
Responsibilities:

In this role, you'll be instrumental in delivering graphic designs with an expertise in ad creative design and social content specifically: static ads, GIFs, infographics and carousels.
Responsibilities:
- Design Creation:
- Develop and produce high-quality, visually engaging graphic designs for a variety of mediums including static ads, GIFs, infographics, and carousels.
- Asset optimization for a variety of platforms such as: Meta, Tik Tok, Linked In, You Tube, Amazon, X, Pinterest, web, print and more.
- Collaborate with the project supervisors and clients to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Generate design concepts and ideas that align with the brand's voice and objectives.
- Transform ideas into visually compelling designs that resonate with the target audience.
- Design with the intention to drive conversions.
- Ensure all designs are optimized for various platforms and devices.
- Work closely with the Konstant team to execute and implement designs within the Konstant Kreative app and other project management tools.
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs and campaigns.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and ensure all designs align with the brand's visual identity.
- Receive and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve designs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Production Efficiency:
- Complete 4-10 design requests per day.
- Complete design requests within 1-3 days.
- Address revision requests within 24 hours.
- Complete requests with 2 revisions or less to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
