Job Descriptions :
Ability to commute/relocate:
Expected Start Date: 10/14/2024
- Oversee the entire production process, from raw material preparation to production and packaging.
- Ensure regular maintenance of equipment and machinery to prevent downtime and breakdowns.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Manage the team.
- Create production plans and monitor the achievement of production targets and expenses.
- Identify opportunities to improve the production process and explore new technologies that can enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Proven track record of at least 10 years of successful experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in various aspects of furniture production, including operations, quality control, and supply chain management.
- Education: Possess a minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in a relevant field such as engineering, business administration, or similar.
- Formal education that provides a strong foundation in technical knowledge, problem-solving, and strategic thinking.
- Proven ability to effectively lead and manage teams within a complex manufacturing environment.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Surabaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- General Manager: 8 years (Required)
- English (Required)
