Responsibilities
- Memotivasi dan mendukung Mitra FUSE dalam melakukan transaksi penjualan produk asuransi melalui aplikasi
- Membangun koneksi dengan calon mitra melalui berbagai cara, termasuk memantain partner dan merekrut partner.
- Mengundang dan memfasilitasi mitra baru untuk melakukan transaksi penjualan melalui aplikasi.
- Melaksanakan aktivitas penjualan harian dan memenuhi target penjualan.
Qualifications
- Memiliki pendidikan minimal D3, S1, atau setara.
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 2-5 tahun sebagai Sales di industri Asuransi Umum (General Insurance) atau Life Insurance.
- Terbiasa dengan target
- Mampu berkomunikasi dan melakukan persuasi dengan baik
- Tebiasa bekerja menggunakan gadget seperti smartphone
