Responsibility:
- Monitor and enhance teacher quality through ongoing monitoring, training, mentoring, and performance reviews.
- Provide feedback on the curriculum and propose improvements.
- Communicate effectively with the operational team to enhance business aspects such as drop analytics, student satisfaction, and trial efficiency.
- Support events organized by the operational team in terms of curriculum and teaching.
- Report regularly to HQ.
- Act as educational consultants to parents when needed to support the operational team.
- Have at least 1 years of experience leading a team or project
- Have an IT background, able to teach students across all grade levels (Junior, Kids, and Teens).
- Mobile, able to work onsite, own transportation preferred.
- Proficient in English preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and team communication skills.
- Ability to create clear reports to HQ.

Experience:
- Teaching: 2 years (Preferred)
- Programming: 2 years (Preferred)
