- Thoroughly review and enhance assessment reports for grammar, clarity, and accuracy.
- Verify audio recordings and match media to reports to ensure completeness.
- Meet strict deadlines while maintaining quality and fulfilling client commitments.
- Collaborate with assessors and operations to validate analysis and observations.
- Exceptional English communication and writing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Other languages will be a plus
- Be a Freelancer (Mandatory)
- Background in Journalism / Mass Communication
- Prior experience in the hospitality sector
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong understanding of customer service and related standards.
- Skilled in providing detailed observations and actionable recommendations.
